45 Faber park, Singapore by Ong & Ong Pte Ltd. The idea/goal behind the project was to maximise outdoor space whilst not compromising the interior living areas. The home was designed for a family of five, and it was crucial to provide open space for the three young children both indoors and out. The design team not only pulled off the required structural design layout, but its marriage with the interior design places 45 Faber park in a class all its own...brilliant! I think I have attained a new vision of what my retirement setting should look like. -Dread Perry-
