"127 House" designed by H Arquitectes, located in Sabadell, Barcelona, Spain. The contrast between new and old in this working class neighborhood really captures the artistic quality of unique architectural design. The home is displayed as a piece of art, an eye opener for local residents I'm sure. The impact would be lost in a busy downtown setting.
Interesting use of space as well...the garage/entrance acts as a vestibule into the stairwell, followed by the master bedroom and studio which are separated by a miniature courtyard. The stairs lead up to the 1st floor which houses the living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as a rooftop patio. The third floor contains three small bedrooms and a common room. Efficient, clean, brilliant! Dream big kids...you never know. -Dread Perry-
