Cosmopolitan Estates is a real estate development company that specializes in ultra-luxurious, high-design, state-of-the-art, sustainable residences and resorts throughout Europe and Asia. In collaboration with tec Architecture, and Marcel Wanders Studio's (interior design), the island of Mallorca has been blessed with an extremely unique piece of architecture. My favorite attribute is the paint dripping off the rooftop mural on the lower level. Brilliant! -Dread Perry-
