At Hey Rudie we embrace the world's cultures in all facets. Take it all in give it some room to breath and let the critics pass judgments. We just want to give you a heads up so you can make your own decisions. I recently took in Un Prophete, a major award winner out of France. You're probably thinking foreign language film, try foreign languages film. If you watch the version without subtitles you'll need to have a good handle of French, Arabic and Italian. Outside of that, the film is very character driven and displays a segregated and oppressed jail culture that has strong ties to the various backgrounds of the inmates. I could run down the line of nominations and reviews, but really tho, all u need is the HR! co-sign.
