Let's take a look 3 decades back, when the British Commonwealth opened up and welcomed the members of the commonwealth to the UK. The West Indians brought the tropical vibe and not to mention the heavyweight sound of Reggae. This music was quickly adapted to the lifestyles cross the board in the United Kingdom and you can hear it in Ska, 2Tone, Reggae and the Pop music from the UK to this day.
